I have been looking forward to this show for so long and it’s finally here! I have heard so many good things about the Carolina Fiber Festival – I am hoping it is going to be as much fun as everyone is telling me.

You can find me in the exhibit hall, booth #5. All the info you need about the show is on their website. It’s free, and if you have wee ones Saturday is kids day.

Hope I will see a few of you there!

I’m having a little weekend sale in the shop – 10% off everything! Just use the coupon code 10PERCENT when you check out.

I have lots of new box and wedgie bags in stock – they make great gift bags for other things that you are giving. Nothing like pretty and reusable wrapping! ;)

Hope everyone has a great weekend with family and friends. We have so much to be thankful for, and we are celebrating accordingly!

I am one of those people that likes to get my Christmas stuff done as early as I can. Annoying, I know. I noticed last year how different it was trying to get ready for the holidays while running the business. As anyone with a retail business knows, nothing quite compares to the craziness of the next 6 weeks.

So, I thought I would do a little progressive sale in the shop. The earlier you shop, the more discount you can take. From now until next Friday, if you use the coupon code “EARLYBIRD” at checkout you will get 15% off your entire order. The next week will be 10%, and the week after that 5%. Make sense?

This includes custom orders too, with the hopes that everyone will place their orders early so I can make sure to get them out to you in plenty of time. I will just be accepting custom orders until Nov 30th, and after that it will just be in stock items in my shop until the New Year. Sound like a plan?

I have a couple of new things in the shop too (mini wedgie bags, needle hangers, etc) but I will do a post on those later this week. The mini wedgie bags are perfect for coworkers or girlfriends – just stock them full of samples of your favourite products. At least that is what I would love to get. I am so bad at picking things like that out for myself. I’m willing to bet some of your friends are too.

Have a great weekend everyone! I am hoping the weather cooperates and I can get some finished quilt pictures done!

A big “Hello!” to everyone joining from The Small Things Blog. Good to see you all! For those of you that haven’t had a chance, pop on over to Kate’s blog for a chance to win a custom makeup bag and brush roll.

I know everyone is a little giveawayed-out, but it’s my first, and I am really excited. Ok, excited might be a bit of an understatement. So go check it out! And thanks Kate for taking such lovely pictures!
